Think SUCCESs... simplicty, unexpectedness, concreteness, credibility, emotions, stories Quite powerful, although difficult to always keep in mind when writing copy, commenting, tweeting (tough in <140 characters!), etc.. Interested in what you folks are up to - would love a glimpse. Something to bridge the networks and spread a meme would be quite interesting!
